An analyst beside every engineer

A natural-language partner grounded in your model, your history, and your dashboards.

Mira works alongside your team in the Helixer console. You ask in plain language, Mira queries the live platform, runs the analysis in code, and answers with the chart and the sources behind it. It does the data legwork so your engineers keep the judgment, the hypotheses, and the call.

Human judgment, Mira's reach

Mira is built to work with people, not in place of them. It moves fast across your assets, history, and docs and shows its work at every step, so your engineers stay in the loop and in control. The hard thinking stays yours. The fetching, querying and computing become a conversation.

01 // ANALYZE

Advanced analysis, written in code.

For real analysis, Mira writes and runs code against your data: aggregations and statistics across time and assets, period-over-period comparisons, deviation from a prior run, the math a canned panel can't do. It then renders the result as the chart that fits the question, a trend, a comparison, a distribution, so you see the finding, not just a table of numbers.

02 // TRANSPARENT

See exactly what it did and why.

Mira shows its work end to end: the query it ran, the code it executed, the reasoning between them, and the sources behind the answer. Every script is runnable and downloadable, so your engineers can re-run it, adapt it, or keep it for next time. Mira answers only what the data supports, and every result is yours to inspect, re-run and verify.

03 // INVESTIGATE

Investigate together.

Hard questions get solved in a back-and-forth. Mira renders a trend, you raise a hypothesis, it tests the hypothesis against the data, and you narrow in together until you reach a conclusion with its sources attached. The analysis is something you do with Mira, not something you receive from it. Save the thread as an investigation, record findings as milestones, and add notes as the work progresses.

04 // MCP SERVER

The same tools, available to your systems.

The tools Mira uses to reach your data are exposed as an MCP server. Your team works with Mira in the console; your own agents, IDEs, and AI assistants call the same grounded tools directly, against the same model and the same access rules. One set of capabilities, open to people and to the systems they build.

Plain language

Ask the way you'd ask a colleague; there is no query language to learn first.

Runs as you

Mira uses your identity and sees only the data your role allows. It surfaces only what you could query yourself.

Bring your own model

Point Mira at the LLM provider and model you choose, with your own keys and endpoint.

Guided starts

Built-in starting points for common jobs: analyze an asset, investigate an anomaly, review events, explore a site.

In technical preview

Mira is in technical preview and runs as a Helixer-managed service; customer-deployed runtimes are offered later. It builds on Synapse, Lens, and Lens Workbooks, so it works against the same model, history, and dashboards your team already uses. Access is handled through guided onboarding, and commercial terms are scoped to each preview partnership.
